As you may be aware, Croudace Homes Ltd has recently purchased the parcel of land at Mount Hill Farm, Tetsworth.
The site benefits from an Outline planning permission, Ref: APP/Q3115/W/15/3136319 granted by South Oxfordshire District Council at appeal in June 2016. This has established the principle of development on the site for 39 dwellings with access from High Street (A40).
We are now preparing our proposals before submitting a Reserved Matters application which will finalise the details of the 39 dwellings including the appearance, scale, layout and landscaping. Before we submit this application we would welcome your thoughts on our proposals.
I have included for your reference our proposed site layout, street scenes and Design & Access Statement. All of the proposed dwellings are a maximum of two storeys with some lower elements. A range of one to five bedroom homes including 15 affordable dwellings is being proposed.
